Softball Recap: Nooksack Valley's Winning Streak Snapped at Eight Games

After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last four contests, Nooksack Valley finally came back down to earth on Monday. They lost 17-0 to the Sedro-Woolley Cubs. The match marked the first time this year in which the Pioneers were not able to get on the board.

Nooksack Valley moved to 12-4 with that defeat, which also ended their eight-game winning streak. As for Sedro-Woolley, they pushed their record up to 14-2 with the victory, which was their 18th straight at home dating back to last season.
