Baseball Game Preview: Crestview Rebels vs. LaBrae Vikings

For the second straight game, Crestview will face off against LaBrae. The Rebels will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against the Vikings at 5:00 p.m. Crestview's pitching crew has only allowed 3.2 runs per game this season, so LaBrae's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Crestview is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering LaBrae just ended the team's six-game winning streak on Monday. They lost 7-0 to the Vikings. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

For LaBrae's part, Landon Brunstetter made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out 18 over seven innings pitched. Those 18 strikeouts gave Brunstetter a new career-high. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with one triple and one run.
