Soccer Recap: Harlingen Comes Up Short

Harlingen was the 3-1 winner over Los Fresnos when they last played one another back in March of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Harlingen Cardinals lost 4-0 to the Los Fresnos Falcons on Saturday. The Cardinals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Harlingen's loss dropped their record down to 4-7-1. As for Los Fresnos, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 7-3.

Harlingen will look to defend their home pitch on Wednesday against La Joya at 6:00 p.m. Los Fresnos has already played their next contest, a 1-1 win against Cornerstone Christian on the 18th.
