Basketball Recap: Greenacres Christian Skates Past Sports Leadership & Management with Ease

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Greenacres Christian). They blew past the Sports Leadership & Management Cobras, posting an 81-33 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Panthers have posted since March 7, 2024.

Greenacres Christian found their leader in sophomore Rahmello Makonnen, who went 8 of 12 from beyond the arc on his way to 32 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Makonnen has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Jashad Hymes, who almost dropped a double-double on 13 points and nine assists.

Greenacres Christian was working as a unit and finished the game with 15 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Greenacres Christian's win bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Sports Leadership & Management, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season.
