Baseball Recap: Kutztown Continues Home Dominance on Friday

There's no place like home for Kutztown, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Antietam Mountaineers a 10-0 shutout on Friday. The Cougars might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three matchups by nine runs or more this season.

Kutztown pushed their record up to 6-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.4 runs over those games. As for Antietam, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.
