Meanwhile, North Posey entered their tilt with Crawford County on Saturday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They secured a 56-51 W over the Wolfpack. While the Vikings didn't have the best season last year (they finished 9-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

North Posey's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Wood Memorial, their loss dropped their record down to 8-5.

Wood Memorial came up short against North Posey in their previous matchup back in November, falling 52-47. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of North Posey's Alyssa Heath, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 11 boards.
