Basketball Recap: Woodlawn Prep Takes a Loss

Woodlawn Prep was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They had to suffer through a 57-9 loss at the hands of the Salem Wildcats. The Wolfpack were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 41-8.

Evan Bullock was Woodlawn Prep's leading scorer, having posted four points. Jacob Singley held things down on the boards with five rebounds.

Woodlawn Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Salem, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Woodlawn Prep and Salem will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time the Wolfpack see the court they'll take on Christian Collegiate Academy at 7:00 p.m. on December 1. As for Salem, their break will end when they face Wesson at 7:30 p.m. on December 1.
