Baseball Recap: DasCHE Takes a Loss

DasCHE lost against Trinity Valley back in March of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The DasCHE Spartans lost 13-3 to the Trinity Valley Trojans. That's two games in a row now that the Spartans have lost by exactly ten runs.

Cameron Melerine made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 3-for-3. Luke Mcclure also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.

DasCHE dropped their record down to 5-5 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Trinity Valley, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. DasCHE will welcome North Texas C at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. North Texas C will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something DasCHE surely won't give up without a fight. Trinity Valley will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on South Hills at 5:00 p.m. on March 25th.
