Baseball Recap: Pioneer-Pleasant Vale Takes a Loss

Pioneer-Pleasant Vale was the 11-1 winner over Canute when they last played one another back in March of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Mustangs took a 6-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Trojans on Friday. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Pioneer-Pleasant Vale's defeat dropped their record down to 32-6. As for Canute, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-3.

Pioneer-Pleasant Vale does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Canute, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 6-3 win against Shattuck on the 10th.
