Baseball Game Preview: Cooper Dragons vs. Cypress Christian Warriors

Cooper is 0-7 against Cypress Christian since February of 2017 but things could change on Thursday. The Cooper Dragons will host the Cypress Christian Warriors at 6:00 p.m.

Cooper is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to ten runs on Saturday, they were much more limited against Concordia Lutheran on Tuesday. They fell 5-2 to the Crusaders.

Meanwhile, Cypress Christian owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance last Tuesday. They came out on top against Northland Christian by a score of 5-0.

Cypress Christian's win bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Cooper, their loss dropped their record down to 1-7.

Cooper came up short against Cypress Christian in their previous matchup back in February of 2021, falling 3-0. Can Cooper avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
