Soccer Recap: Liberty Comes Up Short on the Road Against Hardin-Jefferson

Liberty had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They came up short against the Hardin-Jefferson Hawks on Tuesday, falling 9-0. The Panthers have struggled against the Hawks recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

Hardin-Jefferson now has a winning record of 2-1-2.

Liberty will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Port Arthur Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Hardin-Jefferson, they will hit the road for the first time this season to challenge Port Neches-Groves at 10:45 a.m. on Thursday.
