River has gone 9-1 against Frontier recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The River Pilots will square off against the Frontier Cougars at 7:30 p.m.

River came up short against Shenandoah on Friday, falling 76-54. The loss continues a trend for the Pilots in their matchups with the Zeps: they've now lost three in a row.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Frontier, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Bridgeport on Tuesday, sneaking past 62-59. The victory was some much needed relief for the Cougars as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Frontier's win bumped their record up to 7-5. As for River, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-7.

River took their victory against Frontier in their previous matchup back in February of 2024 by a conclusive 50-27. Does River have another victory up their sleeve, or will Frontier turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
