Tok had lost five straight headed into Thursday's matchup, but Marvin Captain didn't let it get to six. The Tok Wolverines blew past the Galena Hawks, posting an 80-23 win thanks in part to Captain, who went 10 for 17 on his way to 26 points and four steals. The game was his fifth in a row with at least ten points.

Another player making a difference was Trey Hillary, who posted 11 points. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in steals (two).

Tok's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Galena, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.
