Joel Gornto Game Report: @ Warner Christian Academy

While Joel Gornto delivered a dominant performance on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Calvary Christian Academy. Gornto produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out six batters over 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one hit in three consecutive appearances.

Gornto and Calvary Christian Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Geneva at 4:30 p.m. on March 24th.
