Recap: Lighthouse Prep Academy Eagles vs. Columbia Independent
After soaring to 55 points the game before, the Lighthouse Prep Academy Eagles were a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. They suffered a rough 47-25 loss at the hands of Columbia Independent. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss Lighthouse Prep Academy has suffered since November 14, 2023.
Lighthouse Prep Academy lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Grant King, who scored nine points. Another player making a difference was Jonah Taggart, who scored eight points.
Columbia Independent got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Eric Dirksmeyer out in front who scored 14 points along with seven rebounds. Riley Bach was another key contributor, scoring 14 points.
