Corning-Painted Post had already won six in a row and they went ahead and made it seven on Tuesday. They blew past the Horseheads Blue Raiders 3-0. This was a revenge game for the Hawks: when they faced off against the Blue Raiders back in September, they had to take a 2-0 loss.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Corning-Painted Post was: they took every set by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-9, 25-15.

Bella Gonzalez was the offensive standout of the match as she had 13 digs and four assists. Those four assists gave her a new career-high. Ava Brooks also deserves some recognition as she had her first digs of the season.

Corning-Painted Post's win bumped their record up to 11-5-1. As for Horseheads, they now have a losing record of 2-3.
