Winning always takes teamwork, but on Monday Sherice Newton stepped things up a notch to give St. Thomas Aquinas the 'W'. Newton wasn't messing around, throwing for 244 yards and five touchdowns while completing 75% of her passes. The game was also her seventh straight with three or more passing touchdowns.

Newton and St. Thomas Aquinas will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Everglades at 4:00 p.m. The matchup will pit Newton up against the Gators' star QB Leilah Lewin.
