North Olmsted gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Berea-Midpark Titans 2-1. This was payback for the Eagles, who suffered a 3-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.

North Olmsted had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 22-25, 25-23, 25-19.

Coming up, North Olmsted will be playing at home against Brunswick at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Berea-Midpark, they will head out to face off against Steele at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
