Baseball Recap: Rensselaer Comes Up Short

Rensselaer lost to Taconic Hills back in April of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Rams lost 12-1 to the Titans. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Rensselaer saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Liam Deeb, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one double.

Rensselaer's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Taconic Hills, they pushed their record up to 8-0 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Rensselaer is set to challenge their familiar foe Catskill at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Taconic Hills will face off against rival Chatham at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
