Staunton came tearing into Tuesday's match with nine straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19.2 points) and they left with even more momentum. They strolled past the Southwestern Piasa Birds with points to spare, taking the game 48-30. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 37-21 victory back in January.

Despite the loss, Southwestern still got an impressive performance from Ryan Lowis, who posted ten points and five boards.
