Softball Recap: Hunter Comes Up Short

Hunter was the 22-9 winner over Logan when they last played one another back in April of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Wolverines fell 13-9 to the Grizzlies on Saturday.

KENYA LAPUAHO was cooking despite her team's loss, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with two stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI. ALEXA OLSEN was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.

Hunter's loss dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Logan, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-3.

Hunter has already played their next game, a 16-6 victory against Layton on the 18th. As for Logan, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 14-4 defeat against Herriman on the 18th.
