Basketball Recap: Logan Piles Up the Points Against Non Varsity Opponent

Logan had to kick off their season on the road on Thursday, but they showed no ill effects. They blew past Non Varsity Opponent 77-33. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Longhorns also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2022.

Logan was led to victory by Mason Wallin and Hayden Bruhn. Wallin almost dropped a double-double on 23 points and nine rebounds, while Bruhn dropped a double-double on 14 points and 12 boards. Bruhn is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down eight or more in the last nine games he's played dating back to last season. Another player making a difference was Jace Jackson, who posted 11 points.

Logan didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 73-49 win against Maxwell on the 6th. As for Non Varsity Opponent, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 92-51 defeat against Centerville on the 5th.
