Nansemond River has gone a perfect 10-0 against King's Fork recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Warriors will challenge the Bulldogs at 5:45 p.m. Nansemond River is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak.

Buddy Baker made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with one home run. That home run marked the first that he has launched this season.

Meanwhile, King's Fork fought the good fight in their extra-innings game against Indian River on Monday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell 8-5 to the Braves. The Bulldogs haven't had much luck with the Braves recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Jha'Siah Brown and Michael Allen stepped up to the plate in a big way. Brown went 1-for-4 with two stolen bases and one run, while Allen went 2-for-4 with two RBI and one run. The team also got some help courtesy of Camden Hill, who got on base in four of his five plate appearances with one run.

Nansemond River's record is now 7-14. As for King's Fork, their record now sits at 7-12.

Nansemond River came out on top in a nail-biter against King's Fork in their previous meeting back in April, sneaking past 2-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Warriors since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
