Volleyball Recap: West Holt Wins Going Away Against Boyd County

West Holt won the last time they faced Boyd County and things went their way on Thursday too. The Huskies blew past the Spartans 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Huskies.

Madalyn Pistulka was the offensive standout of the contest as she had 14 digs and three assists. That's the most assists she has posted over her last five matches.

Boyd County's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Claire Reiman, who had 14 digs and two aces, and Elena Luber, who had nine digs and one assist.

West Holt's win bumped their record up to 14-8. As for Boyd County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season.

West Holt has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against South Loup on the 11th. As for Boyd County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Osmond on Thursday.
