Softball Game Preview: Breckenridge Buckaroos vs. Cisco Loboes

The Breckenridge Buckaroos will square off against the Cisco Loboes at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Breckenridge is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.7 runs per game this season.

Breckenridge lost 14-4 to Clyde on Saturday. The Buckaroos have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Joni Jackson made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 1-for-1 with one home run and two RBI.

Meanwhile, Cisco put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against Tolar by a score of 6-2.

Cisco's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Breckenridge, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4-1.

Everything went Breckenridge's way against Cisco when the teams last played back in March of 2022, as Breckenridge made off with a 9-2 win. Will Breckenridge repeat their success, or does Cisco have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
