The Garland Christian Academy Swordsmen have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 27 points or more this season. They blew past Winston School of Dallas, posting a 69-42 win on the road. The win was nothing new for Garland Christian Academy as they're now sitting on five straight.
Caden Sandlin continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 37 points along with nine steals and five assists. That makes it ten consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Garland Christian Academy's points. Another player making a difference was Aiden Tiet, who scored nine points along with seven assists and four steals.
Garland Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Winston School of Dallas, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
Garland Christian Academy and Community Christian will face off at 3:30 p.m. on January 6th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Community Christian has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 455 points over their last seven games. Winston School of Dallas will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Providence Academy at 5:30 p.m. on January 23rd.
