Softball Recap: St. John Fighting Herald vs. Badger Braves
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mathews, St. John was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They walked away with a 7-3 victory over the Badger Braves. That looming 7-3 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Fighting Herald yet this season.
Isabelle Holler spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and two unearned) runs on seven hits and racked up nine Ks.

On the hitting side, St. John let Mary West and Nadia Lagoa run wild. West went 3-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI, while Lagoa went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. Those three hits gave West a new career-high.
