Oakfield has gone 8-2 against Horicon recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Oakfield Oaks are taking a road trip to face off against the Horicon Marshmen at 7:15 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Horicon will be up against a hot Oakfield squad: the team just extended their winning streak to four. Oakfield came out on top against Central Wisconsin Christian by a score of 63-55 on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Horicon was beaten by Pardeeville 88-57 on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, the Marshmen can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 279th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 90th).

Oakfield's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-6. As for Horicon, their loss dropped their record down to 12-8.

Oakfield took their win against Horicon in their previous meeting back in December of 2024 by a conclusive 69-43. The rematch might be a little tougher for Oakfield since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
