Soccer Recap: Declo Comes Up Short

After soaring to four goals the game before, Declo was a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. They lost 10-0 to the Sun Valley Community Cutthroats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Sun Valley Community this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-2 back in September.

Declo's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11-1. As for Sun Valley Community, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-4.

Looking ahead, Declo will challenge Gooding at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for Sun Valley Community, they will face off against Filer at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday. Sun Valley Community will be up against Filer's rather soft defense (which has allowed 2.62 goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
