Basketball Recap: Tahoma Snags Sixth Win in Last Seven Games

Tahoma had won two straight road games and Gracyn Meyer did her part to make it three on Thursday. The Tahoma Bears walked away with a 61-52 win over the Kamiakin Braves thanks in part to Meyer, who went 5 of 9 on her way to 13 points in addition to six boards and five assists. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in boards.

Tahoma has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season. As for Kamiakin, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-3.

Tahoma wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 52-51 victory against Auburn on the 6th. As for Kamiakin, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 61-47 win against Walla Walla on the 3rd.
