Soccer Recap: Brunswick Academy Falls to Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot in First Game of Season

Brunswick Academy unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They lost 7-0 to the Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot Knights on Wednesday. The loss continues a trend for the Vikings in their meetings with the Knights: they've now lost three in a row.

The victory made it two in a row for Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Brunswick Academy will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Isle of Wight Academy at 5:30 p.m. on March 31st. As for Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot, they will head out on the road to square off against Amelia County at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
