Football Game Preview: Pateros vs. Waterville

Pateros will challenge Waterville on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. Both of those teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.

After soaring to 70 points the game before, Pateros faltered in their game last Friday. They were given a punishing 6-81 loss at the hands of Odessa. Pateros were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-46.

Meanwhile, Waterville have to be hurting after a devastating 0-32 defeat at the hands of Bridgeport last Friday. Waterville were down by 0-25 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous match, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.
