Volleyball Recap: Glendale Beats Fair Grove for Their Third Straight Win

Glendale entered their tilt with Fair Grove on Monday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Eagles. The Falcons were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Eagles, so the Falcons were just returning the favor.

Glendale never let Fair Grove on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-20, 25-22.

Glendale's offense was headlined by Ivy Flinn and Elle Givens, who picked up 11 kills apiece. They got some help from Klaire Miner and her 20 assists. Flinn was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Glendale's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Fair Grove, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-3.

Glendale has already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Carthage on the 9th. As for Fair Grove, they will take on Marshfield at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
