The Vikings put the hurt on the Warhorses with a sharp 12-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Vikings, who have now won nine contests by six runs or more so far this season.
Reagan Lacour and Janiya Heath were a major factor no matter where they played. On the mound, Lacour pitched two innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. Meanwhile, Heath pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. The dominant performance also gave Lacour a new career-high in strikeouts (four). At bat, Lacour scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-2, while Heath scored two runs while going 1-for-4.
