Football Recap: Franklin Wildcats vs. Pleasant Grove Eagles
Franklin had won four straight on the road, but on Friday they bumped up to 6-2 to make it five. They managed a 39-34 win over the Pleasant Grove Eagles. For the Wildcats, this counts as revenge for the 26-13 victory the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Franklin got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Braylon Robinson out in front who threw for 262 yards and three TDs while picking up 12.5 yards per attempt, and also punched in one touchdown on the ground. Robinson's passing game has become a key predictor of the Wildcats' success: the team is undefeated when his passer rating is 110 or higher, but only 1-2 otherwise. Caden Bowers did his part to keep the secondary busy, picking up 94 receiving yards.
