Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Highmore/Harrold). They strolled past the Sunshine Bible Academy Crusaders with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 61-44. The win was some much needed relief for the Pirates as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Despite the defeat, Sunshine Bible Academy had strong showings from Jerome Big Eagle, who posted eight points and six boards, and Trey Thieman, who had 15 points. The match was Thieman's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Isaac Hague, who put up six points.

Highmore/Harrold's victory bumped their record up to 3-9. As for Sunshine Bible Academy, their record is now 3-10.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Hitchcock-Tulare the next time they take the court. Sunshine Bible Academy will head out to face Hitchcock-Tulare at 7:45 p.m. on Friday, while Highmore/Harrold will host them at 8:00 p.m. on February 11th.
