Basketball Recap: Dickson Comes Up Short

Dickson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 46-39 to the Wynnewood Savages. The Comets were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Savages apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2020.

Dickson's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Wynnewood, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Dickson will square off against Silo at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wynnewood, they will challenge Lexington at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
