Football Recap: Dublin Jerome Falls Despite Big Games from Henry Kirk and Rocco Lombardi + How To Watch

Dublin Jerome lost against Olentangy Liberty back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Celtics took a hard 21-7 fall against the Patriots. The match marked the Celtics' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Rocco Lombardi and Henry Kirk certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Lombardi threw for 135 yards and one touchdown, while Kirk rushed for 61 yards.

This is the second loss in a row for Dublin Jerome and nudges their season record down to 3-2. As for Olentangy Liberty, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-3.

Dublin Jerome and Olentangy Liberty will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Celtics are set to square off against their familiar foe Marysville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Olentangy Liberty will take on rival Dublin Coffman at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
