Baseball Recap: Ingram Moore Continues Home Dominance on Friday

Ingram Moore took a six-run loss the last time they faced off against Blanco, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Warriors never let the Panthers get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory on Friday. This was a revenge game for the Warriors: when they faced off against the Panthers on Tuesday, they had to take a 8-2 defeat.

Blanco's batters probably weren't too happy with Maverick Delgado, who pitched a no hitter and racked up seven Ks (he gave up a single walk). Delgado has been consistent for a while: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in ten consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Ingram Moore secured the win behind a pair of hitters. One of them was Keaton Burroughs, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base.

Ingram Moore pushed their record up to 19-4 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for Blanco, their loss dropped their record down to 12-9.
