Gunnar Gherke Game Report: @ Desert Hot Springs + How To Watch

Passers beware: Gunnar Gherke came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also made four total tackles, but sadly Big Bear still had to take a 19-14 loss at the hands of Desert Hot Springs. We hope Gherke's good effort is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Coming up, Gherke and Big Bear will take on Whittier Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Sadly, Gherke's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Bears' four-game streak of wins on the road. With the streak broken, Gherke and the Bears surely have a bit of extra motivation heading into Friday's match.
