Volleyball Recap: Lewisburg's Victory on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Lewisburg entered their tilt with Southaven on Thursday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They put the hurt on the Chargers with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in August.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Lewisburg took every set by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-7, 25-11.

Lewisburg's win bumped their record up to 17-6. As for Southaven, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8.
