Basketball Recap: McKinley Comes Up Short

McKinley lost against Lowellville back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The McKinley Trojans were beaten by the Lowellville Rockets 74-31. The Trojans were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 43-14.

McKinley dropped their record down to 0-7 with the defeat, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Lowellville, the victory snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 2-6 record.

McKinley will look to defend their home court on January 6, 2025 against Western Reserve at 7:00 p.m. As for Lowellville, they will head out on the road to challenge Hubbard at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
