Basketball Recap: North Caroline Takes a Loss

North Caroline came up into this matchup off a tough 32-point loss last Thursday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of the Queen Anne's County Lions by a score of 61-58 on Monday. The Bulldogs have struggled against the Lions recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

North Caroline's defeat dropped their record down to 5-18. As for Queen Anne's County, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season.

North Caroline didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, an 82-52 loss against Colonel Richardson on the 20th. As for Queen Anne's County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 70-43 victory against St. Michaels on the 18th.
