Football Recap: Whitko Wildcats vs. Northfield Norsemen
Whitko was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Northfield Norsemen, falling 47-6. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wildcats of the 33-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2023.
A big part of Northfield's victory came down to the chemistry between Brayden Rice and his top target Carter Rodgers. Rice rushed for 30 yards and a touchdown while Rodgers rushed for 46 yards and two touchdowns. Those 30 rushing yards gave Rice a new career-high.

Northwestern is coming into the contest with four straight victories at home, so Northfield will have to stop a team with plenty of momentum.
