Brookwood has gone 4-0 against Meadowcreek recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. After each having a week off, the two teams will shake off the cobwebs and challenge one another at 7:30 p.m. Brookwood will be strutting in after a victory while Meadowcreek will be coming in after a defeat.

Brookwood took a loss when they played away from home back in September, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed two weeks ago. They really took it to Berkmar for the full four quarters, racking up a 46-6 win at home. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 32-0.

It was another big night for Brayden Tyson, who rushed for 223 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 13.9 yards per carry. He was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 69 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Cj Franklin, who rushed for 73 yards on only five carries.

Brookwood wouldn't let Berkmar keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force two fumbles. Brookwood can thank Chris Scott and Daniel Diggs for forcing both of them. Diggs is also crushing it when it comes to forced fumbles: he's earned at least one every time he's taken the field this season.

Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Brookwood was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 331 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

Meanwhile, Meadowcreek was not able to break out of their rough patch two weeks ago as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They had to suffer through a 90-0 loss at the hands of Duluth. While losing is never fun, the Mustangs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia football rankings (they are ranked 385th, while the Wildcats are ranked 127th).

Brookwood's victory ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-3. As for Meadowcreek, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-5.
