Paris has gone a perfect 10-0 against Chapel Hill recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Wildcats will take on the Red Devils at 5:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Paris is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering North Lamar just ended the team's four-match winning streak on Tuesday. While the 0-0 score might suggest a draw, it was the Panthers who were credited with the win. North Lamar got it done in the shootout by posting four goals to Paris' three.

Chapel Hill came up short against Pittsburg on Friday, falling 8-2. While losing is never fun, Chapel Hill can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 751st, while Pittsburg are ranked 80th).

Chapel Hill's loss dropped their record down to 3-8-1. As for Paris, they now have a losing record of 5-6.

Paris got the 'W' when the teams last played back in March of 2025 against Chapel Hill by a conclusive 4-0 score. Do the Wildcats have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Red Devils turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
