Seneca's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-4. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.5 runs on average over those games. As for Emerald, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-15 record this season.

Seneca does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Emerald, they will face off against Wren at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Hurricanes' pitching crew has only allowed 4.1 runs per game this season, so the Vikings' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
