East Davidson was the 35-3 winner over West Davidson when they last played one another back in October of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The East Davidson Golden Eagles were outmatched by the West Davidson Dragons on the road and fell 49-6. The Golden Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Journigan is becoming a predictor of West Davidson's success: when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns the team is undefeated (and 3-4 when he doesn't).
