Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Pacific Grove). They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Anzar Hawks on Wednesday. This was payback for the Breakers, who suffered a 1-0 defeat the last time these two teams met.

They hit Anzar with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from James Lowen, Oliver Crandall, and Victor Gaspar Ojeda.

Pacific Grove's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-4-2. As for Anzar, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-7.
