Volleyball Preview: Olney Meets Nocona

Olney is 0-6 against Nocona since August 2023 but things could change on Friday. The matchup is scheduled at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Meanwhile, Nocona didn't have quite enough to beat Archer City on Friday and fell 3-2.

Olney has now lost three of their last four games on the road. That's taken a bite out of their 30-8 record this season. As for Nocona, their defeat dropped their record down to 21-16.

Olney suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Nocona in their most recent meeting two weeks ago. Can the Cubs avenge their loss, or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll have the answer soon enough.
